I am amazed that Sarah was able to help my daughter find joy in learning music and flute. Sarah truly cares about her students, and she understands kids very well. "The day I met Sarah, literally over 20 years ago, I was about to give up the flute! But after hearing Sarah play, I remembered just why I wanted to learn to play the flute as well! Sarah was working with all the flute players in my high school marching band. After she was done working with the group, I walked up to her and asked if I could study flute with her. I remember my sound improved from the very first lesson! Sarah has been my friend and teacher ever since! I love Sarah's positive and encouraging attitude. Probably what I love most of all about Sarah as a teacher is her ability to help me see whatever piece I am playing in a new way and play with emotion and musical expression!
